3D Multi Layer Dental Zirconia Blank
The open dental cad cam milling method uses multi-layer dental zirconia blanks that alter shade, translucency, and strength all in one blank. In comparison to white and single layer pre-shaded blocks, 3D multilayer zirconia blocks have translucent, strong, and variable shade in one dimension.
It’s a realistic and natural-looking substance that shows authentic variation from the dentin zone to the anterior multilayer zone in a gradual transition.
The dentin zone has a high strength and fracture toughness feature.
It has natural crystal translucency in the anterior multilayer zone, a desirable aesthetic effect, and reduced abrasion to jaw teeth.
