This machine is used for melting and constant temperature preservation of AGAR copy material.

Features

• In order to make heating evenly, agar mixer is equipped with heat-conducting aluminum plate, which greatly reduces local overheating.
• The upper and lower temperature are controlled by two digital display temperature controllers, respectively.
• The lower temperature (casting temperature) has the function of heat preservation, so that the dissolved AGAR is kept basically constant at the service temperature.

Using the operating

1. Before using the newly enabled device, read the operation manual carefully and be familiar with the function and operation method of each switch knob.

2. Cut the AGAR into small pieces no larger than 2 cm and pour them into the pot. If the AGAR pieces are too large, it will easily lead to incomplete melting.

3. Connect the power supply with the random power cord, press the “power” switch, the temperature controller displays the current temperature, and the machine is in standby state.

4. Press the “heating” switch, at this time the heating begins, the machine is in the heating state, in order to heat evenly, you can press the “stir” button at any time. When the temperature reaches the upper limit, the sound will prompt the heating to stop automatically.

5. Press the “heat preservation” switch, and the temperature control meter on the right will display, and the fan will automatically cool down. When the temperature drops to the lower limit, the machine will keep the temperature constant.

6. Casting operation can be carried out at this time.

7. If AGAR needs to be reheated, restart the machine.

8. Check the set temperature

When the machine leaves the factory, the upper temperature is set at 90℃, and the lower temperature is set at 45℃.

(2) If you can not meet the requirements of use, you can remove the thermostat mask, press the adjustment button to the required temperature, turn off the power and restart.

Matters needing attention

1. This machine belongs to heating equipment, do pay attention to anti-electricity, anti-hot, power supply must have ground wire.

2. The operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the method specified in the manual.

3. In case of failure, the maintenance personnel of the company or the dealer of the company shall carry out maintenance. Users shall not disassemble by themselves, otherwise the company will not be responsible for the accident.

4. When the dental agar mixer machine is working, the AGAR added in the pot shall not be less than 5 kg, otherwise it will paste the pot phenomenon, not to allow dry burning, in order to prevent damage to electrical equipment, for the upper temperature shall not exceed 95℃.

5. It is normal for agar-agar to melt when it is heated to the upper limit temperature. It takes time for AGAR to melt, and it will continue to melt in the process of falling to the insulation.

6. When there is coagulative AGAR in the pot, do not stir directly. You must first press the defrost key to dissolve for a period of time or cut up the AGAR, otherwise the blade will be damaged, or the motor will be burned due to forced stirring.

7. The dental hydrocolloid duplicating machine is guaranteed for one year, lifelong maintenance, such as damage caused by human error operation by the user to bear the cost of maintenance.
