Construction and operation

1. Fill the kettle with water.
2. Connect the device and adjust the temperature. The indicator light for heating up will be on.
3. Increase the temperature to at least 100°C. When there is enough water vapor present, the machine can attain a high-pressure state.
4. By connecting with an air compressor, the machine can also reach a high-pressure state. Insert the air tubing into the quick connect after opening the pot cover’s valve. Close the valve after gradually raising the pressure to the required level.
5. Only until the air pressure equals that of the outside air may the pot cover be opened.
